My experience in sales is broad and unconventional. I began at a young age selling sweets, doughnuts, and soft drinks at school, which naturally developed into more formal sales roles as I got older. I started working in a pub at 16, which introduced me to the world of people, communication, and, admittedly, some questionable characters. Eventually, I left the late nights behind and stepped into my first professional role in utilities sales. Since then, I’ve worked across various sectors - from energy and B2B events to insurance and now technology - gaining exposure to a wide range of sales strategies, communication styles, and problem-solving approaches. I bring a creative energy to any sales team, along with a strong determination to succeed and a passion for helping others. My key strengths are communication, teamwork, self-motivation, discipline, and resilience. Day to day, I speak with new business prospects to understand their challenges, explore their pain points, and offer solutions that can genuinely help. I focus on moving conversations forward in a constructive and consultative manner. Outside of work, I enjoy lifting heavy things repeatedly until it hurts - then eating a lot to recover. I also love long walks with my partner, surfing when the waves are right, reading, playing the saxophone, and getting away to the sun.
