You'll receive a confirmation number straight away. Need deeper insights? Review repair history to spot recurring faults and identify devices ready for upgrade or replacement.

Ship your device to TRG and track its journey in real time via ServiceHub®.

You'll be notified on receipt, with full visibility into progress and timelines. To keep you running, we can deploy a spare from your buffer stock while repairs are underway.

Our expert technicians evaluate and repair your device with full transparency.

Every step is recorded in ServiceHub®, so you always know where your device is. Repairs undergo multiple checks and thorough testing before completion.

Once repaired, your device is returned either to your spares pool or directly to site.

Turnaround is based on your repair contract, and every device is returned in working condition. If it's going to your spares pool, ServiceHub® updates your inventory automatically.
