Jay Bumpstead

I began my career by qualifying as an accountant in audit with EY before moving into industry with one of my audit clients, a FTSE 250 business. I’ve been with TRG for 5 years and in my current role as Finance Director I lead the finance teams in UK and Poland. I have a strong technical background and I enjoy continuously adapting processes to support TRG’s scalability and growth. Outside of work, I compete in the Bristol squash leagues and enjoy family life with my wife, two-year-old son, with another baby boy on the way.
