Christa Kaizer

With a background in project management across industries including healthcare, aviation, and defence, 4 years ago I landed at TRG where I now head up our Commercial Services function. On a day-to-day basis I manage projects within our key accounts and global programmes, as well as supporting the business to win bids. I’m also part of our culture team, where I champion wellbeing, charity and company values - something I’m genuinely passionate about. Outside of work, you’ll find me training for my next triathlon, heading out for a long run, or squeezing in a CrossFit session – all things I spend a fair amount of time talking about doing while at work, too. I’m all about continuous improvement, whether it’s streamlining a project plan, process flow or just finding a more graceful way to peel off a wetsuit.
