Global Service Lead
I have achieved rapid personal and career growth over an eleven-year period, progressing into senior IT Service Delivery roles at multiple leading organisations in the UK MSP space. I bring with me extensive knowledge and expertise in ITIL guiding principles and management practises, helping streamline TRGs Service Delivery and keeping our customers experience a positive one. My position as Global Service Lead supports TRGs global service offering throughout the entire service lifecycle, from strategy and design through to transition, operation, and continual improvement. When I’m not presenting service performance data, I’m usually walking the dog in England’s Peak District or at the gym.
